B2B Account Manager - Sports Partnerships
Location: Bromley, South East London
Reporting to: Partnerships Lead
Salary: £40k - £60k
A fast-growing subscription platform in the global prize draw and gaming space, now at £9m+ ARR after strong year-on-year growth.
The business is scaling its B2B offering through a white-label platform, partnering with major organisations across the sports industry.
A fast-paced, delivery-focused environment launching products, running campaigns and driving value.
The RoleThis is a hands-on account management role managing multiple sports partnerships.
You will be the main point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication, smooth delivery and strong relationships.
You'll work with marketing, product, operations and creative teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
This is an execution-focused role requiring organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day relationships with sports partners
- Support onboarding and launch of partnerships
- Coordinate campaigns and partner activity
- Align timelines, deliverables and stakeholders
- Ensure communications and assets are delivered on time
- Track performance and provide reporting
- Support renewals and commercial discussions
- Identify opportunities to grow value
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
Skills and Experience
- Experience in account management, partnerships or project roles
- Background in sport, sponsorship or partnerships
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Desirable
- Experience on partner, rights holder or brand side
- Sponsorship or activation experience
- Knowledge of sports, betting or gaming sectors
