An opportunity has arisen to join the Fraud and Error Data Team for a B2 Data Research and Development Manager on a temporary promotion or temporary level transfer basis. The Fraud & Error Data Research and Development Manager plays a key role in driving forward proactive identification of fraud and error through advanced data analysis. You will oversee ongoing analytical activity, ensuring intelligence-led approaches are embedded effectively, while also leading the development and delivery of projects to enhance capability.

You will also directly support the objectives outlined within the Fraud & Error Investment Case and ensure alignment between strategic ambition and operational delivery. This includes a programme of work focused on improving the proactive detection of fraud and error indicators through data exploitation. You will provide strategic direction, ensure effective prioritisation, and oversee implementation of these initiatives within a live operational environment.
