AWS Project Manager

For our customer a major European Utilities company we require a Project Manager for a Visibility, control & Rapid response project

Technical Skills
Understanding of data flows, interfaces, integrations, and data quality validation
Ability to review and challenge technical deliverables, architectures, and requirements
Experience with AWS (S3), CMDB, and enterprise integration patterns
Familiarity with infrastructure & cybersecurity technologies (AV, EDR, EPP, VM, CSPM, DLP)
Competence with ITSM processes (incidents, tickets, action tracking)
Advantage: knowledge of NIST CSF, NIS2, cloud/on prem environments

Functional/Delivery Skills
Strong end to end IT project delivery across scope, timeline, budget, dependencies
Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive structured outcomes
Skilled in risk/issue management, governance, and phase gate processes
Experience validating outputs from internal teams + third party vendors
Ability to build and embed BAU processes and operational models
Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, and external partners
Excellent communication from executive level to technical detail
Proactive, hands on, accountable delivery mindset

Methodology & Leadership Skills
Proficiency in agile + waterfall; certified (PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master)
Ability to lead cross functional teams and coordinate diverse contributors
Structured, pragmatic, results focused execution style
