Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with cross-functional leaders to align resources, drive seamless execution, and deliver customer-centric results.The AVP of TMT will be a visionary leader with: Sales Leadership Expertise 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or applications sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving growth in complex, matrixed organisations. Strong experience selling to CxO-level stakeholders, with the ability to navigate and close high-value, complex transactions. A consistent history of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams recognised for their culture and results. Operational and Strategic Acumen Proven ability to implement and scale structured, repeatable sales processes and metrics that drive operational excellence. Expertise in consultative sales, strategic account planning, ROI articulation, and delivering customer-centric outcomes. Deep understanding of the TMT sectors, including market trends, challenges, and opportunities for transformation.
