Barden are delighted to be supporting on an interesting opportunity with a well established business in the aircraft leasing sector that is entering a particularly busy phase of growth, change and investment.

This isn't your typical reporting focused finance role. The successful individual will act as a trusted partner to senior finance leadership, helping to drive key projects across the business, support acquisitions and integrations, bring structure to new initiatives and help navigate the next stage of growth.

The role would suit someone who enjoys:

• Leading complex projects and workstreams
• Driving change and continuous improvement
• Supporting acquisitions, integrations and business transformation initiatives
• Working across multiple stakeholders
• Taking ownership from concept through to implementation
• Operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 7+ years PQE.
• Aircraft leasing experience is essential.
• Strong background in financial reporting, business partnering and stakeholder management.
• Solid technical accounting and IFRS knowledge.
• Experience supporting projects, integrations or process improvement initiatives.
• Proactive, commercially minded and capable of driving workstreams independently.
