Aviation HR Advisor - Proactive, Growth-Focused

STS Engine Services in Stansted, Essex, United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to deliver a proactive HR service in a fast-paced aviation engineering environment. You will own HR reporting, recruitment, onboarding, engagement and HRIS accuracy while supporting change management and process improvements.

You will report to the HR Manager and play a key role in managing absence, employee relations and policy updates, ensuring GDPR-compliant records and effective stakeholder support.
