Aviation Compliance Monitoring Lead

GE Aerospace Wales is seeking a leader to head the Compliance Monitoring function within the aviation sector. You will support the Quality Manager to maintain audit systems and ensure an effective audit plan in line with NAA requirements, driving continuous improvement and regulator confidence.

You will mentor the team, manage audit programs, and ensure regulatory approvals and procedures are maintained across the organisation, with emphasis on compliance and governance.
