AV Technician

As an AV Technician, you'll primarily be based at a client site in Dublin, supporting a wide range of audiovisual and workplace technology solutions. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, receiving hands on training before progressing into an independent support role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting meeting rooms and workplace technology systems
• Troubleshooting AV issues and responding to support requests
• Performing preventative maintenance and basic break fix activities
• Ensuring AV equipment is operating efficiently and reliably
• Building strong relationships with on site customers and end users
• Maintaining accurate records of support activities and equipment
• Working alongside senior technicians to develop your technical skills
• Travelling to client sites across EMEA when required

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in a corporate environment
• Understanding of AV systems and video conferencing technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Flexibility to travel when required
• Experience with Q SYS, Dante, Crestron, Polycom, Shure or Logitech technologies
• Meeting room and collaboration technology experience
• Basic networking knowledge
• Live streaming experience
