AV Technical Support Officer

IT Services are looking for a full-time AV Technical Support Officer to join our Teaching Support team on our East Midlands campus. This role will provide technical support for the University's teaching, research and event spaces, ensuring that our audiovisual and IT systems continue to deliver an excellent experience for staff, students and visitors.

You will be working as part of a dedicated technical team supporting teaching rooms, lecture capture, Unified communications platforms, event production and specialist AV installations across both the Loughborough and London campuses.

The role involves responding to support requests, diagnosing and resolving faults, installing and commissioning new AV equipment, carrying out planned maintenance and supporting teaching and event activities. You will also work on projects to introduce new technologies, maintain accurate asset and configuration records, and provide guidance and training to users on the effective use of AV systems.
