The Opportunity

What you'll Do

• Provide expert AV support for high-profile meetings, conferences and events
• Manage video conferencing systems (Webex, Cisco), sound systems, projectors and collaboration tools
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure seamless operation of AV infrastructure
• Train colleagues on effective use of audiovisual technology
• Manage AV inventory and recommend infrastructure improvements

What We are Looking For

• 3+ years experience in a similar AV specialist role
• Strong knowledge of meeting tools such as Webex, Jabber, and Cisco systems
• Experience with Control Systems, DSPs, Audio Distribution, and Cisco Codecs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Please Note: This is a full-time, five-day-per-week onsite role based in our London office, with standard working hours of 9:30am - 6:00pm with the following shift pattern Embedded:

8:30am-5pm
9am-6pm
10am-6:30pm
12pm-8pm (shift allowance for this shift)
