AV Customer Success & Onsite Services Lead

Electrosonic is seeking a Customer Success & Onsite Services Manager to ensure customers maximise value from AV investments and to lead onsite managed services across the UK. You will own post-sales relationships, drive service excellence, renewals, and account growth while guiding onsite teams.

Working with Operations, Technical Support, Sales and Finance, you will drive proactive service management, data driven decisions, and continual improvement to uptime and performance.
