Autonomous Pub General Manager: Lead Your Local Inn

Select Appointments is recruiting a General Manager for a traditional local pub in Kings Lynn. You will take full ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead the team, ensure top-notch customer service, manage stock, licensing, health and safety, and drive commercial performance.

You'll be an experienced Pub Manager or Deputy Manager ready to take full ownership, with a natural leadership style, strong compliance mindset, and a passion for hospitality.
