Role Summary

We are looking for a full time, dedicated periodontist to join a highly respected specialist practice in Canberra, Australia. The role involves providing comprehensive periodontal care to a loyal patient base, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of hygienists and other dental specialists.

Responsibilities and Key Duties

• Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care.
• Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care.
• Forge strong relationships with patients and team members.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of dental best practice.
• Maintain patient records.
• Diagnose and treat periodontal diseases.
• Perform surgical procedures such as gum grafts, crown lengthening and dental implants.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide preventative treatment and education on maintaining optimal oral health.
• Resolve gum issues and other periodontal concerns.

Benefits and Compensation

• Competitive salary between AUD$190,000 and AUD$360,000 with 40% commission on monthly sales revenue.

Qualifications and Skills
