Autonomous General Manager - Lead a Fresh-Food Pub (London)

Young's is seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager to run one of our premium fresh-food pubs in London. You will partner with the head chef and operations manager, decide on the menu, write recipes, and plan events that fit the business vision.
