Autonomous General Manager - Family Entertainment Center

Leisure People seeks a highly autonomous General Manager to lead one of its busy entertainment centres in Hull. The role offers a £45,000 base salary with an OTE of £60,000+, and the freedom to shape the centre's commercial and operational performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive four revenue streams-bar, diner, amusements and bowling-manage a budget of about £1 million, and develop a motivated team in a fast-paced environment.
