Autonomous Employment Solicitor - Lead High-Impact Work

Chadwick Nott is seeking an Employment Solicitor for a Canterbury-based role with 3+ PQE. You will join a premier Kent firm's Employment practice, handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, advising both employers and employees.

You will have autonomy to manage your own caseload, develop client relationships and contribute to business development, with a view to progression and leadership. Salary £60,000-£75,000 depending on experience.
