Autonomous Community OT for Adult Social Care

NHS is seeking a Band 6 Adult Social Care Occupational Therapist for their Community Occupational Therapy Team based in Newcastle Under Lyme. This rewarding role focuses on assisting adults with physical disabilities and long-term health conditions to remain independent in their community.
