Autonomous Building Manager - Premium Residential Community

MICS is seeking an experienced Building Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a premium residential community in Melbourne CBD/Southbank. You'll balance resident relationships, contractor management and maintenance coordination to ensure the property performs at its best.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll work with residents, owners corporation managers and committees, oversee safety systems and capital works, and help build a positive building culture and community.
