Automotive Technician

AVA Energy are currently supporting a Global OEM with their search for a Service Technician. We are looking for a Automotive Technician to join our regional team maintaining and servicing stationary generator systems for industrial energy applications.

In this role you will work both independently and as part of an experienced team. The focus of the role will be around service work (oil and filter changes, valve adjustments, and control measurements) to troubleshooting and full overhauls.

Your Role:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Generator's and Engines
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in the field
• Collaborate with customers and teammates to ensure top-tier service.
• Use a fully equipped service vehicle with tools and spare parts provided.
• Attend regional technical update meetings approx. every two months.

Your Profile:

• Education in automotive, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• Experience or affinity with combustion engines and generator systems.
• Familiar with PLC systems or willing to learn.
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Driver's license (B)
