Automotive Service Concierge

Wessex Garages Holdings Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Service Advisor to enhance the service and repair journey for our customers. We're looking for a friendly, articulate communicator who can deliver star treatment on busy days.

In this role you'll support customers with service and repair needs, coordinate with the workshop, manage bookings and invoices, explain faults clearly and upsell relevant aftersales options. A full UK driving licence is required.
