Automotive Service Advisor: MOTs, Repairs & Customer Care

Lookers Middlesbrough HUB is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site. This permanent, full-time role offers 42 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, plus rota Saturdays) with an OTE up to £35,000 and a £29,000 basic.

You will book MOTs and services, advise on warranty cover, upsell parts, liaise with Aftersales, and manage a high-volume workload. Training and career progression opportunities are available.
