We have taken on an Automotive Service Advisor role in the Basingstoke Area for a very popular Volume Dealership. The lifespan of this dealership goes well over 50 years; a household name brand, with a very loyal / repeat customer base. This is a very active site, which means high upsell potential and strong team bonuses too.
Here are a few pointers: -

• Paying up to £34,000 with bonus + quarterly CSI bonuses totalling over £40,000
• 1 of 4 Saturdays

Key role and responsibilitiesfor this Service Advisor role

• Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
• Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
• Sell additional products as appropriate to customer'sneeds
• Advise on timescales and collection arrangements / Produce job cards on in-house computer system
• Update customer and vehicle records / Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
• Preparation and completion of invoices

Minimum requirementsfor this Service Advisor role

• Experience as a Service Admin / Service Advisor in the Motor Trade
• The ability to sell additional products and services to customer
• Driving license
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• The ability to manage multiple tasks
