Job Role :- Automotive Service Advisor

Salary :- £30,000 OTE £40,000 - £45,000 OTE

Location :- Portsmouth

We have taken on for a Service Advisor in the Portsmouth Area for a popularMulti-franchise Dealership Group.

This is a very active site, which means high upsell potential and strong team bonuses too.

Here are a few pointers:

• Up to £30,000 basic with a £40,000-£45,000 OTE
• Mon - Fri 8-6pm with 1/4 Saturdays (currently 1 of 6)
• Very quick accreditation - one fact about the Group is themajority of their managers progress frequently from within, you will be given training for growth through their training academy.
• Multi-faceted team and personalities - great working environment at a high pace, if you enjoy the activity this is worth a look.

Key role and responsibilitiesfor this Service Advisor role

• Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
• Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
• Sell additional products as appropriate to customer'sneeds
• Advise on timescales and collection arrangements / Produce job cards on in-house computer system
• Update customer and vehicle records / Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
• Preparation and completion of invoices

Minimum requirementsfor this Service Advisor role

• Experience in a similar role, as a Service Admin / Service Advisor or similar
• An ability to sell additional products and services to customer
• Driving license
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer servicen
• The ability to manage multiple tasks
