Lookers Motor Group Limited is recruiting a Service Advisor for Mercedes-Benz of Shrewsbury to join our busy Aftersales team on site. The role is full-time with a 42-hour week, offering an OTE up to £35,000 and a base of £29,000 per annum.

You will book MOTs and services, advise on warranties, upsell parts, and liaise with the Aftersales department to schedule work while maintaining customer records and ensuring clear communication throughout the service process.
