Automotive Service Advisor - High-Energy Customer Care

Blackpool Volkswagen, part of Lookers, is hiring an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site in Blackpool. You will service customers with a warm, professional approach and manage bookings, warranties, and communications throughout the repair process.

You will work 42 hours per week with a starting basic of £32,000 and potential OTE up to £38,000, with opportunities for training and progression within a busy dealership environment.
