Salary: £32,000 base £34,000 OTE (includes 17 scheduled Saturdays per year)

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00
• Working Week: 45 hours (plus a 1-hour daily lunch break)
• Weekend Rota: 1 in 3 Saturdays only (08:00 - 13:00)

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between our customers and the workshop team:

• Act as the primary contact for vehicle service, repair, and MOT bookings.
• Manage the customer journey seamlessly from initial check-in to vehicle handover.
• Translate technical workshop findings into clear, jargon-free advice for drivers.
• Drive department revenue by proactively recommending essential parts, accessories, and upsell services.
• Liaise daily with Technicians and Parts departments for accurate timing and cost updates.

• Experience: Proven background in a fast-paced customer-facing role (Automotive Aftersales i is highly preferred).
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming phone and face-to-face manner.
• Target-Driven: A results-oriented mindset comfortable with meeting service upsell and performance targets.
• Organization: Strong administrative skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Location: Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Maidstone, Kent.
