Automotive Service Advisor - Cycle to Work Eligible

Future Prospects Group are seeking a Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales team in Newark. The role involves organizing workshop workloads, communicating with customers and handling administration with precision.

You will greet customers in person and over the phone, work towards upselling aftersales services, and maintain high customer satisfaction in line with manufacturer standards. A full UK driving licence is required.
