Automotive Service Advisor - Customer-Focused Growth

Ford and Slater is seeking a Service Advisor for our Spalding dealership. You will greet customers, manage service bookings, and prepare estimates while keeping clients informed on costs, progress and authorisations.

The role requires PC literacy and a customer-focused approach; a full UK driving licence is preferred. Working 45 hours weekly, with 1 in 4 Saturdays, the position offers 22-25 days of holiday plus statutory holidays and pension benefits.
