Automotive Service Advisor - Customer Focus & Scheduling

Newcastle Audi, part of Lookers, is recruiting a Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site. You will be a customer facing team player with strong communication skills, reporting to the Aftersales Manager to develop your skills and career within the automotive industry.

The role includes booking MOTs and services, advising on warranty, upselling, and coordinating with the Aftersales department to schedule work and manage a high volume of customer interactions daily.
