Automotive Service Advisor - Customer Experience Leader

Listers Group Ltd is recruiting for a Service Advisor at our Skoda dealership in Worcester. The role involves booking vehicles in for maintenance, greeting customers, and coordinating with workshops to ensure timely handovers. A strong focus on customer service and rapport-building is essential.

The position offers a basic salary with a monthly bonus, resulting in an OTE of £39,600, with Monday-Friday hours and a Saturday rota. Full training provided and excellent staff benefits are available.
