Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00 - 18:00

Saturdays: 08:00 - 12:00 (1-in-3 rota, paid as overtime)

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our busy aftersales team. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Guiding customers seamlessly from their initial booking through to vehicle collection.
• Translating technical repair work and maintenance needs into clear, simple terms for vehicle owners.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell tailored products and services, such as service plans and accessories.
• Liaising closely with the workshop technicians to ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
• Driving high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results through proactive communication.
