Charles Hurst Belfast Cupra Seat/BYD is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a premium showroom team. You will drive customer service excellence, coach staff, and manage day-to-day operations from valuations to showroom presentation.

You will report to the Franchise Sales Manager and ensure FCA compliance, stock pricing, and sales targets. A full UK driving licence and a proven record in premium automotive sales are essential. 44-hour weeks with Sundays off and a competitive base salary plus bonus.
