Automotive Parts Advisor - Fast-Paced Customer Service

Interaction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy Royston team. You will assist customers with parts enquiries, identify and supply parts using manufacturer catalogues, and process orders accurately.

The role requires good knowledge of vehicle parts, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential due to the site location.
