We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Electrician to join a busy production team, working on the installation, modification, and testing of customised vehicle electrical systems. The RoleAs an Automotive Electrician, you will play a key role in the assembly and installation of bespoke electrical systems on specialist vehicles and equipment.

Working within a fast-paced production environment, you'll be responsible for ensuring all electrical installations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance while supporting production targets and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and modify customised vehicle-mounted electrical harnesses and control systems
• Interpret and work from electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently
• Support the build and commissioning of specialist vehicle systems
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and accuracy
• Complete relevant production and quality documentation
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Follow all company policies and health and safety procedures
• Support additional production activities as required

What We're Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience wiring vehicles to a high standard
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Flexible and adaptable approach to workload requirements

Desirable

• Experience working with machine controls
• Experience within automotive, commercial vehicle, specialist vehicle, or manufacturing environments
