Automation Software Engineer (Siemens) - 12 Months - Immediate Start

(Ghent area), Belgium

• Develop and implement automation solutions across industrial projects
• Program and configure:
• PLCs (Siemens TIA Portal/PCS 7)
• Motion control systems (gearing, camming)
• Drives (Siemens, SEW, Danfoss)
• HMI/SCADA systems

• Lead or contribute to machine start-up and commissioning on-site
• Support revamp projects and optimisation of existing production lines
• Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
• Automation/Electrical Engineering/Electromechanics
• 3-10+ years experience in industrial automation software
• Strong experience with:
• Motion control (gearing, camming)
• PLC programming and industrial software
• Experience with drives (Siemens, SEW, Danfoss)
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
• SCADA knowledge
• Experience in machine building or system integration

• Fluent Dutch (essential)
• Basic French is a plus
