Automation Anywhere Tech Lead

Automation Anywhere Tech Lead is required by a large IT company to join their team working on a large-scale technology transformation programme, and to lead the design and development of RPA solutions.

You will be responsible for:

• Architecting, designing, and implementing automation solutions with Automation Anywhere.
• Leading and mentoring a global team of developers, promoting best practices in RPA development.
• Working closely with stakeholders and analysts to understand and refine automation requirements.
• Developing and maintaining bots, scripts, and workflows that optimize business operations.
• Integrating RPA solutions with Azure cloud services, Power Automate, and other intelligent automation tools.
• Troubleshooting issues, ensuring scalability and reliability, and continuously improving existing solutions.
• Creating documentation and providing technical guidance to users.

Required experience and skills:

• Experience in Automation Anywhere development and deployment.
• Team leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Power Automate, and Azure Automation.
• Proficiency in SQL and database integration.
• Experience delivering scalable solutions in cloud-native environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide both technical and non-technical teams.
