Auto Service Advisor: Customer Relations & Sales

The JCB Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for its Maidstone site. You will greet customers and their vehicles, confirm service needs, and manage the customer relationship while their vehicle is being serviced or repaired.

Ideal candidates have a strong background as a Service Advisor in the motor industry, excellent customer service, and enjoy using sales skills to offer additional products and services. Monday-Friday work hours with Saturday rota options are included.
