Autism-Focused SEND Cover Teacher (QTS)

New Directions Holdings Limited is seeking a Special Needs Cover Teacher for a Shirley-based SEND school. The role is day-to-day cover (2-5 days/week), term-time only, across primary and secondary departments. Start ASAP or September 2026.

Experience with autism and high staff-to-learner ratios is preferred; QTS is required. You will join a collaborative team, supporting IEPs and EHCP outcomes, and ensuring effective engagement with learners through structured approaches.
