Autism Care Practitioner - Empower Independent Living

Gheel Autism Services CLG is recruiting a Social Care Worker / Autism Practitioner for our residential services in Prosperous and Kilcock, Co. Kildare. This part-time role (0.80 WTE) supports autistic adults in home and community activities, delivering person-centred care and helping develop independence.

You will contribute to planning and documenting support plans, work with HIQA standards, and participate in training and supervision. Garda Vetting is required, CORU not essential.
