Authorised Person (Lifting Salisbury | 12 Months | Onsite | Inside IR35)

A unique opportunity for an experienced Authorised Person (Lifting) to take ownership of lifting assurance on a high-profile, safety-critical site.

You'll be the trusted lead for all lifting activity-overseeing complex operations, driving compliance, and setting the standard across site. This role offers real impact, with the chance to shape governance and build long-term capability by mentoring internal staff.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in complex/heavy lifting

• Strong background operating as an AP or senior lifting specialist

• Excellent understanding of lifting regulations and safety standards

• Confident stakeholder engagement and decision-making

Essential:

• Active SC Clearance

• Sole UK National

Desirable:

• Appointed Person qualification

• Membership with Lifting Equipment Engineers Association

• Experience in defence or high-security environments
