Audit Professionals - Private Equity Fund Accounting Opportunities AVP, Manager & VP

Are you currently working in Audit and looking to transition into the rapidly growing Private Equity funds industry?

We are working with a number of leading global fund administrators, asset managers and private markets firms that are expanding their Private Equity Fund Accounting teams and are seeking talented professionals at AVP, Manager and VP level.

This is an excellent opportunity for Audit professionals with exposure to Investment Funds, Private Equity, Asset Management or Financial Services clients who are looking to move into a more commercial and operational role within one of the fastest-growing areas of the investment management industry.

As part of a specialist Private Equity Fund Accounting team, you will play a key role in the oversight and delivery of accounting, financial reporting and investor servicing activities across a diverse portfolio of private capital structures.

• Oversight and review of fund accounting activities for Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Private Credit funds
• Review of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Monitoring capital calls, distributions and investor allocations
• Review of fund valuations and underlying investment activity
• Liaising with auditors, investment managers and institutional investors
• Supporting fund launches, restructures and complex transactions
• Managing client relationships and acting as a key escalation point
• Leading and developing teams while driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives

We are interested in speaking with candidates who have:

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
• Audit experience gained within a Big 4 or Top 10 firm
• Exposure to Private Equity, Investment Funds, Asset Management or broader Financial Services clients
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Previous team leadership experience for Manager and VP level opportunities
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career within Private Markets
