Audit Partner - Natural Resources

Our client is a leading professional services firm with an established Natural Resources practice and a reputation for delivering high-quality audit and advisory services to complex and internationally active businesses. They are seeking an experienced Audit Partner to join their London team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded leader to play a key role in the continued development of the practice, working with clients across a diverse and internationally active sector while contributing to the wider success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with Natural Resources audit clients and key stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality audit engagements while maintaining regulatory and professional standards.
• Drive business development activity and identify opportunities for growth across the sector.
• Collaborate across Audit, Tax and Advisory teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Provide strategic insight and trusted advice to clients operating in a dynamic market environment.
• Contribute to the growth of the practice through leadership, team development and market engagement.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with Responsible Individual (RI) status.
• Significant experience working with clients within the Natural Resources sector.
• Proven track record of leading complex audit engagements and managing senior client relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards.
• Demonstrable success in business development and identifying growth opportunities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong commercial mindset.
