Audit Partner - FinTech

Our client is a leading professional services firm with an established Financial Services practice, a growing presence within the FinTech market and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality audit and advisory services. To support continued growth within this fast-evolving sector, they are looking to appoint an Audit Partner with deep FinTech expertise to join their London team.

This is an opportunity to join a growing FinTech practice at a pivotal stage of its development. As an Audit Partner, you will combine sector expertise, client leadership and commercial acumen to help drive growth, build lasting relationships and contribute to the long-term success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop relationships across a portfolio of FinTech audit clients.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the sector.
• Drive business development activity and support the growth of the FinTech practice.
• Deliver high-quality audit engagements while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate across Audit, Tax, Advisory and Deals teams to provide integrated solutions.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams and future leaders.

What we're looking for

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with Responsible Individual (RI) status.
• Significant experience auditing FinTech and wider Financial Services clients.
• Strong understanding of high-growth and technology-enabled businesses.
• Proven track record of leading complex audit engagements and managing senior client relationships.
• Demonstrable success in business development and practice growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong commercial mindset.
