Attendance/Welfare Officer

Thomas Telford UTC is looking for an Attendance/welfare officer who will be an integral member of our support staff to join us as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• This post is a pivotal role in insuring and maintaining our schools very high standards of attendance, which we are above national average.
• You will be a positive and proactive individual and a team player, who responds well to the unique challenges and changing environment of our school.

Qualifications

• Experience of administration/attendance would be an advantage, but full training will be given.
• Successful applicants will need to undertake a DBS enhanced clearance for the UTC.

Salary & Working Hours

Salary £25,976 - £27,500 (£22,318 - £23,627 Pro Rata), dependent on experience.

Term time only - 39 weeks (38 weeks plus 5 Inset days).

Usual daily working hours total 36.5 hours per week:

• Monday 8:00 am to 4:30pm
• Tuesday 8:00 am to 4:30pm
• Wednesday 8:00 am to 4:30pm
• Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30pm
• Friday 8:00 am to 3:30pm
