Attendance Manager - Manchester

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated individual to join this secondary academy in Manchester to manage attendance. If you are empathetic, ambitious and keen to ensure pupils get the best from their education then we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor and report on whole-school attendance data.
• Look at key areas of concern and work closely with parents and carers to reduce levels of absence.
• Ensure effective collaboration with the school's pastoral, family partnership, SEND and safeguarding teams.
• Work with children, staff and parents and liaise with external agencies.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Previous experience in this role or a similar one is highly desirable.
• Empathetic, ambitious and keen to contribute to pupils' education.

• Salary: £38,868 - £42,494 (Term Time Only + 2 weeks actual salary)
