Job Description
Oasis Academy Mayfield is seeking a dedicated Family Liaison Officer to support students experiencing EBSA and engage families to remove attendance barriers. You will work with the Attendance Team to deliver tailored interventions, reintegration plans and targeted programmes.
You will build trusted relationships with pupils, parents and external services, coordinating with safeguarding and SEND teams to monitor progress and ensure positive outcomes.
