We are looking for Material Operations Performance Manager to come onboard in our Customer Support & Service Directorate in Soréo s team: a team of 4 collaborators!
Your Mission
You will play a key role within the Operations Control Center as Material Operations Performance Manager, at the crossroads of continuous improvement, digitalization, and operational support. By turning data into insights, coordinating transversal initiatives, and driving innovative solutions, you will directly contribute to improving our delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and the overall efficiency of the Materials & Services Directorate.

Your Mission
You will play a key role within the Operations Control Center as Material Operations Performance Manager, at the crossroads of continuous improvement, digitalization, and operational support. By turning data into insights, coordinating transversal initiatives, and driving innovative solutions, you will directly contribute to improving our delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and the overall efficiency of the Materials & Services Directorate.
Continuous Improvement - Material Performance :
- Take ownership of the publication and coordination of the key Material KPIs, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Detect inefficiencies and lead transversal analyses to address the most critical performance gaps.
- Animate and drive our SEED program (Solutions of Enhancement, Empowerment and Development), acting as a catalyst for Service Level (OTD) improvements.
- Ensure robust root cause analysis of non-performance, identify quick wins and/or projects to restore performance.
- Provide dedicated support to customer-facing teams with tailored analyses when needed.
- Prepare and deliver Material Performance reporting and insights to ATR s top management.
- Be the Lean & Continuous Improvement focal point of the department, organizing workshops and promoting best practices.
- Shape and enhance our performance monitoring tools by developing automated dashboards and KPIs, mainly with Power BI and Excel VBA.
- Proactively identify or collect new digital needs across the department and implement innovative solutions.
- Act as the bridge between IT and operations: structure business/operations requests, ensure prioritization, and secure alignment across stakeholders through dedicated committees.
- Foster digital culture within the team by promoting automation and new ways of working.
- Support the team in crisis management by managing a portfolio of critical part numbers (PN), ensuring daily arbitration and allocation.
- Lead or contribute to operational projects when required.
- Field of study: Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain, customer support, continuous improvement, or digital transformation roles.
- Strong expertise in Power BI and Excel VBA (must-have).
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies - a Lean Green Belt certification would be a strong asset.
- Familiarity with Power Automate and SAP is a plus.
- Proven ability to coordinate transversal initiatives and drive change across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken), with the ability to simplify complex topics and engage diverse audiences.
- Recognized for your analytical rigor, adaptability in crisis contexts, problem-solving mindset, and curiosity for digital solutions.

- Assurer la publication et/ou la coordination des KPI clés du domaine Material, en garantissant leur fiabilité et leur cohérence.
- Détecter les inefficacités et piloter des analyses transverses pour traiter les écarts de performance les plus critiques.
- Animer et porter le programme SEED (Solutions of Enhancement, Empowerment and Development), en véritable catalyseur d amélioration du Service Level (OTD).
- Garantir des analyses robustes des causes racines de non-performance, identifier les quick wins et/ou structurer des projets pour rétablir la performance.
- Apporter un support ciblé aux équipes en interface client avec des analyses ad hoc adaptées.
- Préparer et présenter les reportings de performance matérielle et les recommandations associées au top management d ATR.
- Être le référent Lean & Amélioration Continue du département, en organisant des workshops et en diffusant les meilleures pratiques.
- Développer et améliorer nos outils de pilotage de la performance en créant et automatisant des dashboards et KPI, principalement via Power BI et Excel VBA.
- Identifier de manière proactive (ou collecter) les nouveaux besoins digitaux du département et mettre en place des solutions innovantes.
- Agir comme en tant que lien entre IT et opérations : structurer les demandes métiers, en assurer la priorisation et garantir l alignement des parties prenantes via des comités dédiés.
- Développer la culture digitale de l équipe en promouvant l automatisation et de nouvelles façons de travailler.
- Contribuer à la gestion de crise supply chain en pilotant un portefeuille de références critiques (PN), en assurant l arbitrage et l allocation quotidienne.
- Mener ou participer à des projets opérationnels ponctuels selon les besoins.
- Domaines d études : Amélioration Continue, Supply Chain Management, Management ou domaine connexe.
- Minimum 5 ans d expérience en supply chain, support client, amélioration continue ou transformation digitale.
