ATM Repair Technician

Job Title : ATM Repair Technician Location: Rotherham Working Hours: 40 hours working week, permanent position Repair and refurbish ATM modules Diagnose faults using test equipment and software Ensure all repairs meet strict quality control standards Maintain and repair test ATMs Recover reusable components from faulty or decommissioned units Manage shipping, tracking, and system updates for parts requests Support the management of Field Operations stock areas Load and unload parts and equipment deliveries Complete all required administrative tasks on time Work closely with the Technical Support team and follow their repair guidance Implement product upgrades and enhancements as required Contribute to continuous improvement of repair processes to extend part lifespan and performance PC / Microsoft Office basic skills. Understanding of BIOS configuration. Understanding of Windows operating systems Electro-mechanical skills Ability to follow technical information and procedures correctly Previous electrical repair / soldering experience is a plus Prior knowledge of NCR, Wincor, and Triton ATM types would be useful but not essential Attention to detail Potential to lift heavy equipment as and when required Full training will be provided 24 days holiday, rising to 25 after 5 years' service.
