Job Description

Greater Anglia is seeking an Automatic Ticket Gate (ATG) Operator at Ely Station. You will be the friendly face, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth, safe gate operations and travel for passengers.

The role is shift-based with early starts, late finishes, weekends and bank holidays. Training and uniform provided. Reporting to Ashley Reynolds from the Customer Service team.
