Role and Accountabilities: The successful candidate will lead and manage transactions throughout the entire acquisitions process-from initial evaluation and underwriting through due diligence, internal approvals, negotiation, and closing. You'll be responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and executing real estate investment opportunities across the UK market, while maintaining comprehensive documentation and process management throughout. This multifaceted role combines investment analysis, transaction management, stakeholder coordination, and market engagement to deliver our clients' strategic objectives. A critical aspect of the position involves serving as the primary coordinator and project manager for all acquisition opportunities across the UK Core and Core+ platform, working collaboratively with team members to advance opportunities efficiently and ensure seamless execution.The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners; and provide both investment insight and execution leadership, ensuring opportunities are progressed efficiently while maintaining rigorous underwriting standards. Act as the central coordinator and project manager for acquisition across the UK Core and Core+ platform. Source, evaluate and present acquisition, and strategic investment opportunities across the UK real estate market Develop and maintain relationships with agents, brokers, developers, investors, and other market participants to support transaction origination and execution Lead the underwriting and assessment of investment opportunities, including review of cash flow models and business plans Review and provide guidance on financial analysis prepared by Analysts and Associates, undertaking direct modelling where appropriate Prepare investment memoranda, approval papers, and transaction materials and assist with presentations to the firm's Investment Committee Manage acquisitions through all stages from initial evaluation through due diligence, negotiation, approval and closing Work closely with Asset Management, Fund Management, Research, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure effective transaction execution and governance Monitor market trends and emerging investment themes, contributing to investment strategy development and market intelligence Support the continuous improvement of transaction processes, reporting standards, execution best practices and the integration and adoption of AI throughout. Required Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience preferably in a Real Estate Company or in a finance related sector. University degree with a strong academic record Proven experience and expertise in real estate market(s) and transactions Highly numerate with strong financial skills Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Argus) Strong organisational and transaction management capabilities Strong time management skills with ability to prioritise and work on a variety of projects simultaneously.
